Momentum strengthens our community by helping people
move from poverty to prosperity in a sustainable way.
Momentum engaged us to help them respond to significant demand for their
services. We assessed their fund development program and worked with them to
develop a new strategic plan to push support beyond a plateau. Our work
included revising their case for support, tailoring processes to fit staff
and organizational structures, and integration of their individual
philanthropic program with other revenue development activities.
The outcome has been greater participation by supporters, a higher community
profile and the potential for long term growth in Momentum's personal and
corporate giving programs.
